I've also purchased from Gary at HappyStim USA many times over the years, and receive great service.
Another source is Mr. S. Leather, in San Francisco. If you Google them and go to their website, they have an electro-play section which includes E-Stim Systems products. I've done both in-store purchases as well as online purchases, and they also provide great service.
