I use the E-Stim Systems brand of electrogel but as with all water-based lubes (never use silicone lube with conductive rubber) it does dry out and that is unavoidable. The good news, however, is you can delay and somewhat mitigate against this by adding moisture to it during a session. See this thread for some tips on that - viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10431
