There are a few videos with an estim audio track. I found them quite disappointing. Either they are quite hard to synchronise (1 video with "normal" sound and 1 additional estim sound file) or (for me) uninteresting (video of someones penis being stimmed to an HFO with an estim audio track).

Like Ronfire7 already recommended: milovana is the place for me. The webteases with estim are a mixture of porn, adventure and estim.

As far as I have seen, there are no movies there, only erotic (not pornographic) pictures of pretty women.

I have played with all the milinova estim teases. They are good fun and can get more interesting if you change the settings.

Most ask to calibrate your volume on your device and set the 2b to the max intensity you can take.
This gives the web tease the 'headroom' to increase the power as your sensitivity decreases in time.

I'm a sucker for pain, so in the bondage tease I set the max volume for teases to 25% and the minimum volume for torture to 100%

Typically a 25% chance of torture means I'm being teased at a comfortable level 3 out of 4 times that feels good but won't push me.over the edge... then a torture file comes on at 100% which is 4 times the intensity of tease and by heck I squirm... so much I hurt my back as I arch my back to fight the pain... does anybody else do that?

I usually look for similar things on 123movies. There are a few videos with estimated soundtracks that I have found. I found them quite disappointing. Either they are quite difficult to sync. Which frustrated me. But I don't stop trying to find them.
