TENS machines, are they different
Hi. Very new to this and was wondering if these devices are significantly different from a TENS machine (which we already have)?

Yes they do.
TENS machines are designed for pain relief. E-Stim machines are designed for pleasure. An E-Stim unit will generally give you more power, certainly more control and a wider range of sensations than any TENS unit. Add in the lifetime guarantee (at least on our units) and you have the makings of something very very interesting
