2B no output

I have no out-put on channel A,it only works on channel B. Tested it with just using the contact sticky pads,still ony get channel B to work. What am I doing wrong,or is the unit at fault.

Generally if an output has no output then it's either cables, or a fault with the unit. You will neeed to contact info@e-stim.co.uk and they can sort it out for you
