I am a 56 year old man who suffered a heart attack 18 months ago, also had atrial fibulation after it but since a procedure last september have had no problems. Is it safe or not to go back to using estim?
Any advice would be appreciated.

We always advise that if you have a heart condition then you should not risk playing with E-Stim. But we are not medical practitioners so you might get better advice from your own doctor.
