Question for E-Stim connect

Hi, i´m have some problems getting my estim 2B to work with connect. It can be controlled with Commander3 successfully. The drivers habe been updated and have done a hard reset on the box. When connect is initalized it finds the box but when connect is pressedthe box is not found.
i get a sytem-message: No response from the 2B. Please checkthe connection then click Retry, or click Cancel for disconnect.

Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer? It does happen sometimes that this can cause Connect not to see the COM port that the Digital Link Interface Cable creates. Try removing other USB devices like speakers and see if that helps.
Failing that contact the Support Team at E-Stim Systems on info@e-stim.co.uk and give them full details of the operating system you are running and also a copy of the Log from Connect and they will try and help.
