2B 3.5mm jack issue Channel A

2B 3.5mm jack issue Channel A
Having issues with the 3.5 mm jack. I've bought a new cable which did't fix the issue. When plugging in the 3.5 mm jack and increase the A% all it does is make a hissing noise, when turning the cable jack it sometimes works but cuts out. Thinking it ware on the internal 3.5mm jack. Is there any fixes to this issue?

You sometimes hear a slight buzz from the transformers in use, but I wouldn’t describe it as a hiss...
