Hey all,
so I just ordered my 2B and, noticed the outputs are 3.5mm.
2B is still in the mail but I am already wondering:
I have many cables and electrodes on 2.5mm jack cables here from my previous device and would like to be able to keep using them so I was looking around for 3.5mm male to 2.5mm female adaptors.
Now, most of the adaptors I found are 3.5mm mono to 2.5mm stereo,`for example https://www.ebay.com/itm/Audio-Connecto ... 1608505478.
Does it matter at all that its not mono-mono? Can I use any adaptor to make the cables fit/electrodes work as long as its 3.5mm to 2.5mm jack?
Thanks.

There should be no issues with using stereo over mono. We are trying to source a reliable connector, but as you have found they are few and far between

I've tried 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapters and have not found them much good or very reliable. My preferred method is to snip off the 2.5mm plug, strip the cable ends then 'twist-and-tape' on two tail wires cut out from old TENS pads. You can then use the standard (2mm) cables supplied with the 2B.

I am using the 2B with stereo adapters and I have no problems with that at all.
