I use my PC with a Scarlet Solo USB Audio Interface. For experimentation I run digital audio workstation software (Sonar X3) with control from a midi keyboard. However, for normal stimming I tend to stick with Audacity and Stimaddicts Bastard mp3 file, it never fails to satisfy.

I use a Sony NWa45 mp3 player, which I bought for general use. It's great but it gets a little fiddly due to the small screen, it's waterproof too which helps.

An old Galaxy Note 8 tablet which works great. Also allows me to use videos that I have replaced the audio with my favorite stim files. The touch screen works out great for control.

I use a Windows PC, running Goldwave, played through an Audio mixer for very fine Level adjustments.

I have an old Blackberry Storm 2 that I re-purposed as an E-Stim MP3 player. Great screen for scrolling and selection. Works perfectly with a new battery!
