USB-Connection Problem

Post by NightWhoSaysNi »

Hello to everyone

just yesterday I got my brand new 2b together with the accessory-pack. After some playing with the built-in modes and the audio files I decided to test the 'Connect'-software. Unfortunately it didn't work.

Checking other software (Commander 3, Uplink 2.1) and different operating systems (Windows 7, 10, XP & Debian Buster) gave the same result. When connecting via serial terminal (9600/8/N/1) it just echoed my input without anything happening.

The Firmware-Version of the Box is 2.106

I guess this is some RTFM-problem, but I didn't find the right page.

Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suggest that you contact Customer Support at info@e-stim.co.uk with all the details of the issue and also when and where you purchased your unit and Digital Link Interface Cable and they should be able to assist you.
