Hi,
I am trying e-stim for a while now and while the precum flows I never get over the edge
Does anybody have any tips or ideas to get to the point of no return and experience an hfo?
Do I have to increase the power at some point or decrease the power
I have no idea what to do to get me over the edge

It's hard to give a definite answer to this one. There are various things you can try.
1) Increase the power when you feel you're close and see if that takes you over the edge.
2) Decrease the power when you're close. This seems counterintuitive, but some guys report that they get really good results with audio files that build and then drop down to a low level and repeat. They cum at the point the signal drops after a few rounds.
3) Some guys have "trained" themselves by applying e-stim to their ass and/or base of their cock only (not the tip) once they're really aroused, and then bringing themselves off manually. It's advisable to wear non-conductive gloves for this. Once your brain's had a few goes to get used to the combination of e-stim sensations and cumming, you might find it easier to reach that HFO.

There are many factors in play here. We are all different so there is no single prescribed path to orgasm. What works for me is:

• Aim to cum within 60 - 90 mins

• Gradually and slowly build up the power over that period then go for a power rush at the end
