Only one Chanel working when using stereo stim mode?
I can only get one Chanel working when using stereo stim mode with stimaddicts files.
I use it through the galaxy s6 phone.
Am I doing something wrong?

I had a similar problem with my phone. Turned out that even though the cable appeared to be fully inserted, the case was in the way. Now I always check that all connections are fully seated before starting a session - both into the 2B and the phone (with the case removed.)
This might not be the problem you're having but it's always a good idea to double check your connections.

Thanks for the info gh hoss. I don’t have a cover on my phone and I always make sure each connection is fully pushed in.
So I do t think it’s that.
Thanks anyway!

Firefly, have you tried a different audio source, same cable, or different audio source, different cable? That would help narrow down where the faulty component lies in your setup.

Phone jacks usually expect a 4 point plug because most headsets have a microphone.

I am assuming I should be getting throughput on both channels when stimming using stereo mode then?

If the audio stim file is mono... it will be the same on both channels.
If its a stereo file... the waveforms may be different on each channel but you SHOULD be getting an output to both chanels.
I have this issue with my s9 phone. The headphone jack works OK with headphones, particularly the Samsung headset that has a 4pin plug for the microphone.
A normal pair of headphones work OK but are intermittent when you wobble the cable.
I have used a laptop and the stereo input is perfect to my 2b.
Mobile phones are not the best device to use for audio play to the 2b due to excessive wear in the audio port... water ingress and dust.

Out of curiosity,
Which of the channels is the working channel on the 2b? channel A, or B?

To get the best out of audio stimming my advice is buy the best hand-held MP3 player you can afford. This is the one I use - viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10063
