Only one Chanel working when using stereo stim mode?

Out of curiosity,

Which of the channels is the working channel on the 2b? channel A, or B?

For me it was channel A.

I might have a fix... im awaiting a special cable adaptor to arrive in the post before going further into a possible solution.

I'm pretty certain the issue is the phone port is a 4pin port.

Hi guys! Thanks for all the help.

Instead of using my galaxy s6 phone to play my stim files with the 2b, I used my iPad. Wow it worked like dream. Both channels stimming me all round. It’s fantastic! It’s hard to believe what difference it makes. HFO should be so easy now.

I'm really pleased you've found a solution. (Don't forget to turn off any notification sounds on the iPad when you're using it for audio output to the 2B.)

As this topic is essentially the same issue as a problem I am experiencing i will post a link to my thread as well...

In short, the fault lays with my samsung galaxy s9+ as a laptop works perfectly with the 2b.
