My first HFO

At the grand old age of 49 I have had my first HFO. I have been stimming on and off for a year now so was kind of in the mode it will not happen.
Friday morning and boom after an hour session on various modes but it happened on Step mode (I have been messing about with this for a few sessions now) can’t wait for another go!!
Mt advice as with many others is don’t give up but don’t expect one every session

Congratulations, MGatsy, it's a fantastic feeling when it happens.

Your advice is spot on, i.e. don't expect an HFO every session. I often say that the journey can be more interesting than the destination. If you don't HFO but have a great time all the same, there's still a lot to be said for that. I think sometimes having too great a focus on the HFO can actually make it less likely to happen. You just have to relax and go with the flow.

All credit to you for sticking with it and continuing to experiment until you hit on the combination of electrodes and mode that took you there.

My theory is that there's a very mental side to e-stim. It's about allowing the brain to make a connection between the electrical signals and sexual stimuli. Once the brain has done that, then the HFO will follow. It just seems that some brains manage it more quickly than others.

Along with a sticky pad at the base of the spine wired in tri-phase (black plugged into butt pad) and one each in to the other 2 triodes. The double electrode I plugged into the large loop and using the small loop as a cock ring to maintain erection.
2B was set low to begin with and then I managed to get to 30% on both feeds with the other setting on 41/50 but I do keep messing around with these

So you used two circular shaft-electrodes on the penis and no glans electrode if I understood you correctly.
The spiral one at the front of the shaft and the one with the two CR tubes at the base?

Very interesting and new to me, would be nice to see a photo of it (Would certainly make Joanne very happy to see her electrodes here too).

The spiral one is around my gland as it holds itself in place along with a little help from the tac gel lube I don’t bother with the little clips as they keep falling off but the tubing with the wire insert sits well enough with out them.
