Unit dead

Hi All

I was just playing with my stuffer electrode that arrived today ... mains adapter, high power mode, waterfall (~80:88) and about 25ish on power

I felt a hard thud and the units gone dead... I assume there's not a lot I can do other than contact support?

Yup, no user serviceable parts inside, but you do have a lifetime guarantee (if you are the original purchaser) so it should be covered....just drop info@e-stim.co.uk an email and they can get it sorted for you
