Sorry, it is a noob question but i didn't really find the answer here (even on stim addict posts) or in the manual.
How to begin with the EB without any knowledge on e-stim ?
Where to put pads for a beginner ?
Should i begin with only one channel or two ?
Should i be erected or not ? Should i watch porn ?
What is the "normal" time of use ?
Do you ejaculate ?
What program (i tried forum advice : throb mode, adjust at 10, begin power at 10% and mount to ~ 18%)
Should i buy anal electrode ?
Do you feel pleasure all the time or just at the HFO ?
I know i must experiment and try, try, try, but i don't want to make mistake and don't want to "lose" too much time
PS : some have written that they do 1-3 hour session. personnaly, i can't be focus all that time and i don't have very much free time in my day
Thank you

Re: Getting started
It's very hard to "make mistakes" when doing e-stim. The biggest mistakes really are using silicone lubricants that damage your toys, or connecting both wires from one channel to a single electrode (e.g. each end of a single conductive rubber loop).
Generally, the worst that can happen is that you do something that doesn't feel enjoyable. So simply change the settings or the electrode positions and try again. There really is no substitute for experimentation, because every person's experience of e-stim is generally unique to them.
A shortage of time to experiment can be frustrating, so when you're starting out just keep things simple.
And finally, a safety reminder:
As a beginner, you're best advised not to use any electrodes above the waist (although some people progress to specially made nipple stim clamps), and it's a good idea to wear latex/insulating gloves too, just for safety's sake while you build up your experience.
Oh, and try not to focus solely on achieving a hands-free orgasm. Sometimes the journey can be more interesting than the destination.
