Audio Frequency for Stereo Files to Match 2B output

Post by boundsquirrel »

Hello. I've had a 2B for some time now and love it. I use both the internal programs and stereo files either of my own creation or found online. Here's what I'm wondering-

What frequency should I start with in an audio file to best match the sensations from the native 2B programs (pulse, bounce, throb, thrust, etc.)? I've generated various signals from 1000Hz to 4000Hz (Audacity) and play them through the stereo option. They work just fine, but aren't quite the same as the 2B native sensations.

Its not possible as the native functions are pure digital, where the audio system is analogue driven. As you have found you can come close, but you will not be able to match the inbuilt functions.
