3.5mm audio noise & Abox was better at sound processing

Post by Steveanthony92 »

i have tried the estim 2b with audio from my mobile and from a tablet, what device do you expect us to play audio files from if we get noise on the 3.5mm audio?, the 2b is just reacting to noise when audio is not being played as soon as audio stops it is really unpleasant.

the Abox never had this noise issue on the 3.5mm audio input.
is there any hardware out there that filters out noise ?, or some sort of firmware update that will allow the 2b to filter out noise in its audio processor?

is noise from the smartphone / audio device even the issue? is there going to be a update to the estim 2b so it processes audio similarly to the Abox or just in a better way so it actually works... the ABOX nailed it imo

If you are using your mobile or tablet as an audio source put it in "aeroplane mode" (aka - flight mode, offline mode, or standalone mode). This should stop unwanted interruptions. Set the play volume to around 70%.
