Audio Reference Guides???

Post by SelfStimmer »

I've been looking for any information regarding estim audio files & how to get the best results from the various files available on the net, or those that come on the 2B audio CD. Specifically, I'm trying to see if there are any sources with compiled lists of files and advice, such as whether or not they are optimal for male / female / both; what are some recommended electrode / attachment / insertion points for the audio file and desired results related to that file, along with the type of stimulation provided by each file (Gentle, escalating, Pleasure/Pain, Buildup for additional Stim, HFO inducing, etc.) There are tons of files out there; but virtually nothing on how to get the best results from them. Any links / references would be greatly appreciated.
