Prospective 2B customer looking to make my purchase in the next few weeks, and this is a question that's of interest to me. To be clear, I should not experience any connection difficulties if I'm running Catalina and once I've received the 64bit Uplink software, is that correct?

It's been a pleasure learning so much about the 2B system from the community here and I look forward to becoming a more active contributor.

What is the address to email to the support team to obtain the 64-bits uplink software? And what proof of purchase is needed?
