You could put a condom on. I have a silicon sleeve from an old toy which has one end closed I use,
It saves buying loads of condoms.

I have tried this, but my dick is usually flaccid when I mount the electrodes and I can't get a condom mounted in that state.

I've tried that too, especially with the Diamond Head Sound from E-Stim-Systems. I can insert the small one (7.5 mm), but it slips out, and I can't get the medium one (8.5 mm) past the narrow spot just behind the entrance. With other probes I can insert 8 mm, but they also slip out.

I use a stainless steel plug then a wire loop round the head of the sound it works great for me

I use a small clear plastic bag (a bit like a money bag)
Its quite thick (durable) and then use a conductive loop and the press clamps to hold it in place.
