Remote control over cellular network

Hi, as a suggestion I was wondering if its possible to use a mobile to control the device by sending a txt/ app for iPhone meaning the wearer could still be controlled when out of distance of the remote fob

I guess the problem is sending the correct code, since the box relies on the key fob transmitter, and you'd have to trigger that remotely, which is a bit fiddly.

Do you have one of the boxes, or are you looking for a solution to a specific problem? If the latter, you might want to read about how I've experimented with a form of text-based control for the 2B (amongst other things):
