Power Levels on Commander 2B Can't be raised above 49%

I am a new user. After 2 "sessions" with a remote Dominant, both times we found that the power settings on the A and B channels would freeze at 49% (or on most recent try, at 45%). Sometimes both channels were affected, and sometimes only one of the two channels. Did not effect the C or D channels. Sometimes I (as the 2B owner) was able to raise the levels using my end of the Commander software, other times I was not, or could raise one channel but not the other. Tried this at both the Low and High settings with no change. What am I doing wrong? No stranger to Electro play, but am new th the E-Stim system. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi.
Have you checked the max value settings?
If you go to View and then settings you will see some settings which are designed to allow the slave to set some maximums so that the Master can not exceed limits.
If you set them to 100 it will allow the Master to set levels all the way up.
You will also see settings to allow the Master to change Power Levels.
This should solve your issue.
