Try turning it up even more. 10% is very low for most modes, even lower for Tickle.

Tickle produces a very find level of pulses when the knob is turned.

I did, as much as 75%. Nothing, no matter how I turned the knob.

By Tickele mode I had the same problems. Had sometimes even the 2B Box swapped. Every now and then comes once a small pulse but more was not possible (at 70%). I do not use the mode because almost no effect is present.

Yea i have the same problems. i didnt dare to go higher in the event it would suddenly work but been over 20 30% no action
