Hi all,
I just purchased an electropebble as well as a E-WMCBP 2.0 plug (with pin to banana adapters). I put the battery in the plug and all appears to work well there- however, I have tried both the adhesive pads as well as the plug, and don’t seem to be getting any current on them. The jacks themselves seem to be conducting (I’ve gotten a bit of a shock from both of them when the power is turned up). Is there any possibility I’m not understanding how to operate the electropebble and/or electrodes?

Re: Troubleshooting Electropebble
I think I know this problem, since I’m pretty sure I experienced it myself.
If I’m right, it’s a very simple fix: push the jack all the way into the pebble. There’s almost a secondary click, and the first one feels like it’s fully inserted, but you can push it in all the way with just a little extra force. Then it should be fully seated and provide a lot more stimulation.
Hopefully that helps you!
