Difference between this and TENS unit

Post by SocialRasing »

What are the specific technical and obvious differences between an Estim Rig and Tens unit. Obviously the box design. Is there a FAQ, good article or 101 someone can share?

whats the differences between two cars? or a car and a racecar? Its a similar questions

E-Stim units generally have a wider control range, normally more power and controls and programs designed for play rather than a treatment - some TENS units will only operate for 30 minutes before turning off. TENS is designed for pain relief, E-Stim is designed for pleasure. different more robust connectors, wider range of accessories for play although some can be used with a TENS with adaptors and the right cables. Be aware of TENS units that have just had a badge change - they are still TENS units.

I have a good tens unit that was prescribed to me for back pain, and it is how I got into all this in the first place. You can't just have one of those without trying to put the pads somewhere much more fun. I never managed a HFO with the tens, the settings were just not friendly in that way, I could adjust a lot speeds, and the pre-programmed routines felt good, but they never were in the right way simulate natural stroking or poking, and they were also designed to numb you over time. With my 2B sure they can numb you, but that is usually because I just turned the power up really high and have been stimming for a few hours, where I could be numb in 20 minutes with my TENS.
