Hi,
experimenting around with my 2B i've noticed it produces noises or coil whine in certain settings.
I'm wondering if that is normal behaviour and has to be expected, or if this is a reason to be concerned.
This for example is happening in continious mode.
Firmware is 2.106
Thanks,
Moji

Re: Coil whine normal?
The noise from the coils is normally louder if your using electrodes with a large contact area at highish levels. The 2B is pretty quiet compaired to my Axis at similar levels and electrodes it can be a bit distracting.

Re: Coil whine normal?
Yeah that is normal, not a fault. It's because the output transformers emit a slight buzz under heavier loads.
