Thanks for all the information StimAddict! The only thing I would add is that the exact location and density of many of the pelvic nerves can vary slightly from person to person. If something doesn't quite work for you don't give up - keep experimenting!

This is great illustrative information. I thought I was doing great with the setup I normally use with only one channel and getting great HFO's. I want to start with two channels and then the correct placement of the trodes is more important.
I saw some videos with setups and crossing it with the information here, I think for me the best way to go is a loop around the glans for channel 1+ and a common trode around the scrotum for both channels 1- and 2- . And an anal trode on channel 2+.
