You can find something just about usable for as little as a fiver, but for my money I'd spend a little more and try this one at £14.99 including 3-day shipping...

I haven't tested this player, so I cannot give it a full personal recommendation. However, what I can say is for the money it ticks a lot of boxes, from folders to bluetooth. Crucially, it includes a 32GB microSD memory card, because at this price they don't contain any internal memory. This is certainly the one that I would go for in that budget price range.
If you are in the market for a handheld cheapie then give it a try. You can always send it back for refund within 30 days if you don't like it.
