Newbie here, I've used estim a fair amount in the past but just invested in the 2B.
A conventional HFO is achievable just my having my balls busted with a mallet/bonger.
Anyone else here achieved a HFO from ball stim only, and if so how? Would love suggestions and will definitely contribute back to this thread if I find the perfect setup!

Have you seen the newly released ring system? I can’t advise but you can have a lot of fun getting to the pain threshold
