Fault or not?

I'm not sure how can I explain this but imagine switching the box without the cables and you put up the intensity, the box start making sounds right?
Today this happened even when the cables were connected. I was using rubber electrodes but then the odd thing was that when I replaced them with metal ones, the sound was not there.
Is this a faulty box?

Nope. It’s not unusual as the transformers do resonate under certain circumstances. Change the load and the sound changes.

Using metal electrodes over conductive rubber will present a different load - it’s an electrical term.

But it was the first time I've heard the sound with rubber loops. Do you think it's time to replace them or is not the case?

I would also like to know whether I'm connecting the cables properly according to my setup.
2 CR loops, one at the base of my cock and balls and a bipolar CR loops at the cock hear.
Channel A black and Channel B black as common at the base.
Channel A red and Channel B red attached to the bipolar cock loop at the cock head.

That setup looks fine to me. You're not connecting both wires from any channel to the same electrode, so there's no problem.
