Surround Sound File for Stereo Mode

Post by goaliestim » Wed Jan 15, 2020 7:07 pm

Hi,

I was thinking the other day about how to de-couple the audio track running the 2B (or any e-stim box with audio input) and the audio track that you would be listening to (possibly as part of a video) and was wondering if making use of 5.1 channel surround sound would do the trick. I like the idea of having a video (with all the normal sounds) driving the e-stim box by a separate track that has more do do with whats going on in the screen. For example, each thrust in a porn video could ramp the e-stim up and down to "mimic" what's going on in the screen, even if there is no normal audio associated with the thrust.

I just ordered one of these USB controlled external sound cards off amazon (https://www.amazon.ca/Startech-Com-Adap ... 919&sr=8-3) and plan to try it out by using wavepad to convert a stereo e-stim audio file over to channels 4 & 5 of a 5.1 channel signal, then use Shotcut to overlay those channels on top of a video with stereo sound and export the video with a 5.1 channel audio track. Amazon says it will be delivered Monday, but my fingers are crossed it gets here before the weekend ;-)

I'll be glad to let you all know how it goes, but I can't help but think I'm not the first one with this thought. Has anyone else tried this before?

I haven't actually tried this but I believe with the USB controlled external sound card, it should be possible to route one music / sound player to one sound source and then everything else to another and achieve this decoupling without having to go to the trouble of doing this 5.1 channel setup.
It requires a sound / music player which can choose which device you output to though (but there are free choices that can do this).

I have done something similar with a Bluetooth headset before and from memory that worked fine (although that wasn't for E-Stim). With a bluetooth headset, you don't need the external sound card.
I can imagine some computer's internal audio output might also be able to do this without an external sound card but would depend on what the hardware allows you to do.

If you are interested goaliestim, let me know and I can write a small guide as to what steps you would need to take to set it up (assuming you are using Windows, I'm not sure how you would do it in Mac / Linux but I imagine it should be possible there too).

Thanks for the tip, that does sound easier. I'll give it a try when I have some more time.

I have exactly mange to create a program that can do just that.

https://github.com/puste1/CHPlayer

This is possible to use with Cock Hero Video and MP3 E-stim files. But not many have try this out.
I love this and have mange to update the program to version 2.0.10.
It has a PDF and HLP file that describe haw to use this. But you have to download the Video and MP Audio files.
The new version can now use an external sound card adapter for the second sound output.
You can choose what sound adapter for e-stim and what is for your normal sound from Video.
The windows selected sound is for the Video and then other is for selected E-stim track.
It is possible to choose what you think is the best output for the e-stim track and what is for the Video sound.

Lot of this information you can find in https://milovana.com/forum/
