Sorry, I don't quite understand.
If I understand your configuration correctly, you have
1 headphone on the external headphone jack
1 headphone on the USB to 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Where is the 2B connected then?
Does your USB to 3.5 mm headphone jack have two 3.5 mm connectors?

Re: Surround Sound File for Stereo Mode
Can anyone steer in in the direction to find some surround sound video files for estim. I am looking for one that has the estim audio track as well as the porn audio track. The only ones I can find have music on the porn audio not the vocal sounds. Thanks

Re: Surround Sound File for Stereo Mode
I have seen some video estim teases on milovana provide video file with additional mp3 containing the "other" sound (other being estim if video has normal audio, or normal audio if video is rendered with estim track). If you want tip to find them, search for topic "E-STIM VIDEO DOWNLOADS INDEX" on their forum.
If you want to have them in same file, you could use ffmpeg for that (see this https://video.stackexchange.com/a/18513) but I am not sure if you can configure any video player to play separate tracks to different output devices. I could try produce file with this ffmpeg command if you tell me what player you planned to use for playing it to 2 outputs.

I have been able to configure my Macbook to play the surround sound files but have not been able to find a video file without the music for the main audio track.

The user "digitalparkinglot" on milovana has created many e-stim productions that he releases in surround sound ready-to-play on your multi-channel system. He makes his easy to find by starting their titles with "E-STIM." Many other movies/creators exist but you have to read each forum thread to figure out which have e-stim. All those videos are very music-centric, but they typically have the porn audio mixed in during action scenes.
Creator "blurby" on socialstim.org has created a 10-movie series called "PEP" (Porn and E-stim Production, I think) that is not music-centric and also very popular. PEP movies are usually very prostate focused. I don't know of a place to get those movies outside of socialstim membership forums.

Re: Surround Sound File for Stereo Mode
Most video players cannot separate surround channels and output them to separate device (usb to headphone adapter is additional sound card in your system).
For this you will need something like VoiceMeeter, and set its virtual output device to 5.1 (Configure Speakers from control panel), then output that same signal to 2 different devices (sound card and usb sound card) at same time, but for the usb adapter (that goes to 2B) switch the mode to "rear only" like this
I verified that the video which has estim signal in surround channels works properly with this configuration from VLC player but could not get the Media Player Classic to separate the channels (they were always both just Stereo, on front channels, without using others).
Simpler option would be to just use your sound card directly, no need to have Voicemeeter, simply connect headhones to front speakers jack, and 2b to rear speakers and use VLC to play the files.
Of course, you can plug the headphones into rear output to make sure estim signal (and only that) is output there.

Re: Surround Sound File for Stereo Mode
I second the Voicemeeter method. It works fine for me but for some reason only with VLC, not with my goto video player Zoom. It takes some time to get set up and used to but after that it is useful for many things. I recommend it - its among the best freeware I use.
