Series 1 Repair

The powerbox that started it all. No longer manufactured and replaced by the ElectroHelix, but still a popular unit.

Series 1 Repair

Post by hardmasteruk » Mon Aug 30, 2010 2:10 pm

I've got a Series 1 which is now over a year old, what do I do about getting it repaired (I managed to break the control knob off after dropping a bondage bench on it).

Ouch!!! If you give us a call, we can arrange to repair it. Repairs are now free of charge, you just have to pay for the postage. (Assuming all the main bits are in place)
