Tip from me: I like bounce and wave very much. Don't just focus on the level A / B output level. The Select + Adjust should not be 100% but should be over 80. With Wave I start with the Adjust Without Select at 99 and combined with Level A / B go down sometimes (lower frequency = more intense and also more painful). Bounce is a bit more pleasant, but Adjust Without Select, start at 94 and then slowly lower it until it is no longer bearable at some point ... Sure, the main weight is reached via the gradient of level A / B.

So: Level A / B start low and slowly increase and only then
Adjust Without Select from high to slowly decrease.

As I argued so hard the first time, I always had a soreness next day.

Oh yes, don't get nervous: for me, the feeling of wave level A / B only starts at 15 and for bounce at 35 ...
