Hey all!
Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what the problem might be. I never used step mode, but tried it today to find I turn the output up and my conductive loops dont make any sensation. I only tried it on channel A, and havent tried with an insertable yet if that changes anything.
any suggestions or comments?

Step mode is based on steps from 0% to whatever level you are at...so a low power level will give very small or non existent steps. If you are getting output in other modes, then step mode will work - turn it up!

Step mode doesn't work immediately. You need to wait above 20-30 sec.
