One thing I tried with my partner a few years back was to try estim on both of us at the same time. This was with our old basic estim box.
She had a sticky pad on her navel, I had one under my balls. turned the power up a little bit as I went into her, and as they say the result was electrifying! Of course with the natural moisture from her and a bit of pre-cum, that magnified the effect. We had a wonderful session that day.
