A strange question for this industry.

But has anyone used an E-stim box ( I have the 2B) for therapeutic uses ?
for example I strained my shoulder playing tennis. and thought.. what can i do to speed up the recovery?
A tens machine would be good........thinking....thinking....( light bulb on ) Oh i have something like that, the 2B
but have no idea how to actually use it in that way.
and then i thought maybe someone else on here has had the same thought.

P.S I have never owned a tens machine

It has been known. Officially we have to point out that the 2B is not a medical device.

yes that's understandable. kind of why i used the word therapeutic and not medical.

but if anyone can give some advice. i've never used a tens machine before. so have no idea what to do.

I would never have expectations of this as a medical device. but it might just help relieve some knots and tension.
