Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting the 2B isn't a quality product. I've been delighted with mine, and one isolated failure early on was sorted out very quickly by the folks at E-SS.

I trust the quality of all E-Stim products too. Maybe this one failure was only bad luck, because i'm sure it was not too much long or too high. My sessions mostly at one or two hours and not nonstop at 90% power. The Pebble can take this easy and never show any problems, so the 2B can surely do it too.
