I am not a doctor but IMHO it is perfectly safe to stim with a penile implant. Implants are primarily made of silicone, but they usually contain a silver or stainless steel central core. They are considered "MR safe" so if scanning presents no problem then neither should estim. I'd suggest you identify exactly where the metal is in your particular implant and try to avoid directly stimming that area.
