I have a 2B for just over a year. Have not had great success with it, I mostly use my Pebble with better results.
This unit has been in twice within a year because the power failed on one channel or both. The issue I have had all along is that when I adjust speed or feel I will get a power spike, don't like that. Yesterday when I went to increase power from 58% to 59% there was a huge jump in power, this happened every time in the session, cant remember the mode I was in. This definitely was not fun and lead to no HFO that night.
I have installed the new software and done a reset. Wondering if installing the update again will help?
So for now I do prefer my Pebble.

Power spiking is very unusual, and sometimes its more related to cables/connectors and general use.

You mention you have a jump in power from 58% to 59%....what mode? C:D values?

Lets us know how you get on with the new beta, but don't forget to do the factory reset!!
