I'm not sure I understand your question correctly.

An erection enhances the sensations of the e-stim enormously. I regularly watch porn during my e-stim sessions (as I think most do) to stimulate myself mentally. Most of the time, but not always, I achieve an erection from the current in my genitals and watching porn.
