Err when did you send it? And exactly what email address did you use? We reply to all the emails we get, but people sometimes forget we don’t work weekends, and today is a bank holiday in the UK, so normal business will resume tomorrow (Tuesday). In addition some people have anti spam running on free email accounts that sometimes drops emails from us.

We generally don’t do ‘spares’ as we offer a repairs service and a lifetime guarantee.
