Chanel B Switch Malfunctioning

Since updating my 2B to the new beta firmware my Chanel B switch has been malfunctioning. Sometimes when trying to turn up the volume it turns the volume down and visa versa.
Has anyone else experienced this with the update or otherwise? This may be nothing to do with the firmware but just checking before I contact customer services.

I do have the(?) issue that you have to rotate the knobs slowly otherwise they will not work.
Easiest for you to check would be to downgrade the firmware and see if that resolves your issue. If it does maybe try the upgrade again.

I had the same problem and after a return for repair, everything works fine

Actually, I had a somewhat different problem.
In the middle of a play session, the B channel suddenly jumped to full power. It was "uncomfortable."
Powering the unit off and back on fixed the issue and it hasn't reoccurred since (about 4 months ago.)
