In continuous mode. It seems that as I adjust one level higher. The other drops.
Is this normal.
I just got my 2b about a week ago.

Are you running your 2B on batteries? If so, this can happen once the battery power is maxed out.

It can happen with the power supply when running at high levels, so there is actually no fault. I wouldn't bother trying to use a meter to check, the output waveforms are generally too fast to register on a meter correctly.
