2B Timer

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and first of all hello to everyone.
Is it possible to activate a timer on the 2B? So that you can enjoy 30 minutes of ESTIM. Then there is a 15-minute break and then the session is active again for 30 minutes? And so on and so on
Or is something like this only possible by adjusting the settings in Commander?
And if so, does anyone have a template
