Connecting 2B Black Wires Together

Greetings all. New to 2B and experimenting with different configurations. Can someone with experience here please advise if ok to connect the two black wires together and not cause a short? Thanks.

No problem, both outputs are fully isolated .

That really is all the tri-phase cable is in a convenient form.
