I find the Moaner works very well for me, as it's good at staying where I want it, but it's also free enough to give a "ghost fuck". So, yes, I'd say it was a good choice. Other people say they've had excellent results with the Flange. Maybe compare the dimensions of the two before choosing.

Do insertable electrodes feel bigger, smaller, or the same and like sized silicone toys. The dildo I' have used in the past was 7" long and 1.9" wide.

For me, I love all sessions involving insertions. Be it anal or urethra. For estim work I have the WMCBP & MJ. Also have a collection of silicon toys from Electrastim. The Silicone Fusion range.
Only recently have started to use my 2-B as i tend to grab the Helix most times. HFO's are a rare thing for me, but never mind, a litlle hand or vibrator finishes the job. With the 2-B with say the MJ plus a pad on both the frenulum & perineum, all three connected with a tri-phase cable & set on A-Split (Stimaddict advice) the sensations are awesome. Depending on feel & speed settings you can get a good thumping through the MJ/WMCBP.
