I'm trying to update my firmware of my newly purchased 2B, but all I get from uplink is "no response from 2B"

For the update I use windows 10 x64, installed CDM212364, did a reboot and I tried both Uplink 2.1 and 2.3. The e-stim 2B is powered via power adapter (no battery is inserted), powered on and connected to USB with the supplied cable that was in the Connect kit.

Any suggestions how to get it connected?

Why did you install the drivers? Windows 10 normally does not need them.

Does you computer 'see' the USB port when the cable is connected?

I have the similar issue without having installed those drivers
(See my last post in the beta driver thread)
I assume that this behavior is due to the 2B is not in firmware update mode at that point in time.
Could someone please post a detailed update description?

This was what I was searching for.

Actually, I had the same issue. I had to disconnect and reconned my 2B several times before it was recognized, but then the update went smoothly.
